we were excited to try it, but the puzzles were way tougher than we expected. we got stuck quickly and after a while it just stopped being fun for us.

I went to Epic Escape Game with a few friends, and overall it was a decent experience. The puzzles were fun and there were definitely some good moments, but with 6 of us in the room, it started to feel a bit cramped. A couple people were really involved while others were kind of standing around waiting for something to do.
I think it would be better with 3 or 4 people, especially if everyone wants to feel like they’re contributing. The staff was friendly and booking was super easy, so I don’t regret going, but I did leave wishing our whole group had been able to enjoy it equally. It was fun, just a little disappointing because I wanted everyone to walk out as excited as I was hoping we’d be...

To be fair, the hints did help me move forward, but sometimes they showed up a little later than I needed them. A few of them were also kind of confusing, so I still had to figure out what they actually meant.

The room design was disappointing. The layout was hard to follow and didn’t really make sense once I looked at it closely. After I paid, I also started feeling unsure about the whole thing because the support and clarity didn’t feel as solid as before payment.

Went with some friends last weekend and had a really good time. Our game master was great — she explained everything quickly and clearly without making it feel like we were sitting through a whole class.

During the game, she gave us hints at just the right moments. Not too many, not too obvious, just enough to keep us moving when we were stuck. She also stayed in character, which made the whole thing feel way more fun and a little more immersive.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that we had to wait about 10 minutes before starting. Not a huge deal at all, but worth mentioning. Overall though, it was a really solid experience and I’d definitely do it again

We had such a fun time with this, it kept us entertained way longer than we expected. A few of the puzzles had us staring like we’d forgotten how brains work, but that just made everyone laugh even more. We were all busy, slightly confused, and totally into it. I’d definitely try another one!

I was impressed with how clean everything felt, even the bathrooms were spotless. That makes a big difference for me. If the place ever starts slipping on cleanliness, I’d probably stop coming, but for now it’s been a great experience

They barely smiled, the answers we got were super short, and it felt like we were bothering them just by asking normal questions. I could see other customers feeling the same way, especially if it’s their first time and they need a little guidance.

Maybe it was just an off day, but it made the whole visit feel awkward before we even got started. For us, it wasn’t the kind of experience that would make us want to come back.

We booked this escape game thinking it would be a fun way to switch up our usual evening plans, and to be fair, we did have a good time. When we got there, everything was set up smoothly and the game ran without any issues. A few of the puzzles made us stop, laugh, and properly work together, which was probably the highlight of the whole thing. But as we moved through the room, some parts felt a little too simple, and by the end I found myself thinking, “That was fun… but was it really worth the price?” Compared to a few other escape games I’ve tried, this one didn’t quite feel like the best value. Not bad at all, just more of an okay experience than a memorable one.

The props also felt cheap and worn down, like they had been used a lot without much upkeep. For what we paid, the whole thing felt messy and kind of frustrating. I would not go back...

The puzzles just weren’t good. The clues felt random, poorly put together, and kind of like some half-baked nonsense. I spent more time wondering what the heck they were trying to do than actually enjoying it...

Played this with some friends, the story was easily the best part. It pulled us in fast and made the puzzles feel way less like random tasks. We kept getting that “okay, but what happens next?” feeling, like we were suddenly detectives in a dramatic movie or something.
